 If someone says the name you allegedly use is being charged by The Claimant and/or owes The Claimant, why volunteer to be the name or volunteer to accept liability for the name by claiming to own it?

 The pattern I believe in always paying attention for:
Is the claim, any claim, something the one you’re speaking with came up with, and if they came up with it, by who’s authority? If the claim is blamed on someone else, when can I speak with that someone else, and when did they last speak with that someone else?
